How do engagements typically work?
Most engagements start with a paid discovery sprint (1–2 weeks) where we learn your domain, audit constraints, and write the requirements you wish you'd had. Then we move into a phased build with weekly demos. We don't bill on time-and-materials without an upper bound — every engagement has clear scope and a real fixed-fee structure, even when it's broken into phases.
What's your typical timeline to ship?
For an MVP, 6 to 12 weeks. For something more ambitious — full HIPAA-compliant healthcare platforms or real-time data systems — 12 to 24 weeks. We don't promise faster than we can defend with engineering, but we do start shipping demos in week two.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes — many of our partners are domain experts (clinicians, lawyers, operators) who needed a technical team they could trust. We're comfortable being the technical co-founder you don't have. We'll translate, push back when needed, and never hide behind jargon.
Will you sign an NDA?
Of course. We're happy to sign mutual NDAs before any deep technical conversation. For regulated industries (healthcare, legal), we'll also sign BAAs and any compliance addenda required.
What about ongoing support after launch?
We don't disappear at launch. Most of our partnerships continue under a monthly retainer for monitoring, on-call support, and continued development. The team that built it is the team that supports it — no support tier escalation through three timezones to find someone who actually knows the codebase.
Can NanoAgent be deployed inside our company?
Yes — we're piloting private deployments now. If you're an engineering team interested in running NanoAgent against your codebase (with appropriate sandboxing and audit), get in touch. The agent is designed to be hosted privately and integrated through MCP with your existing tools.
Do you take on smaller projects?
We try to. Our scope floor is around a 6-week engagement — anything shorter usually can't be done well by a senior team and is better served elsewhere. If your project is smaller than that, we'll often refer you to someone who can do it justice.
